Terms of Service for Autonomech

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Autonomech application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Autonomech is an AI-powered vehicle repair assistant that provides:

AR-guided repair instructions
Voice-activated AI assistance
OBD diagnostic code interpretation
Vehicle-specific repair guidance

The App is designed to assist with vehicle repairs but is NOT a substitute for professional mechanical advice or services.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Subscription Plans

Autonomech offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Subscription details, including pricing and billing cycles, are displayed within the App.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

3.3 Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Provide accurate vehicle information
Follow all safety precautions when performing repairs
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
Not share your account credentials with others
Take responsibility for your own safety during repairs

5. Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Vehicle repair can be dangerous. By using this App, you acknowledge that:

You assume all risks associated with vehicle repair activities
The App provides guidance only and is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or accidents
You should always follow proper safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment
Complex repairs should be performed by qualified professionals
The AI may make errors; always verify information independently

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Autonomech and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Autonomech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle, injury, or property damage resulting from the use of repair guidance provided by the App

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Warranties of merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App’s settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
